INTIMATE ELECTRONIC MUSIC

It is an absolute pleasure to introduce Enimatik's brand new EP. Intimate Electronic Music is a compilation of instrumental tracks, some of which were originally conceived with vocals. Want to know the story behind this EP?

Enimatik fans already know all about the duality and genre-bending freedom that defines this project. From dark electro to the most ethereal wave, being able to unleash my creativity without being boxed in or pressured by third parties is the greatest blessing I can have right now as a musician and composer. That is why, up until now, Enimatik has released several compilations.

Anilatian was dropped in August 2021, an EP featuring Enimatik’s first five tracks—all of them instrumentals with a distinct chillstep/ambient vibe.

Darklove was released in October 2023 as another five-track EP, this time leaning into a romantic/wave style. These were all brand-new creations that reflected the evolution Enimatik had achieved since Anilatian, both in terms of sound design and music production.

Lastly, Black Ritual came out in February 2025, marking Enimatik’s first full-length LP to date. It packed 8 tracks diving into styles like darkwave, darktechno, electro... deep, dark electronic dance music.

The Idea

The concept behind Intimate Electronic Music sparked right after releasing Midnight Avalum, a beautiful instrumental wave track with an amazing backstory that I invite you to discover. I felt incredibly proud of this song, and while listening to it once more after its release, I thought: wow, I actually have a few tracks with a similar vibe that could blend together perfectly if they were all instrumentals. So, I got straight to work...

The Tracks

Intimate Electronic Music is made up of the following tracks:

-Midnight Avalum, A new reincarnation of an unreleased, pre-Enimatik song from 2006 that got a second life back in 2020 with Avalum, and which I feel has now found its ultimate form

-A moment in time: Originally featuring vocals by my dear Jane Demonroads and myself, the vocal version was released in December last year. Stripping it down to create the instrumental version was super smooth, the main vocal melodies have been beautifully reinterpreted through charming synth sounds

-Immortal: Jane was also the original vocalist on this track released in April 2024, which, in my opinion, is one of the deepest and most sentimental pieces in the entire Enimatik catalog. Honestly, I think this instrumental version fully lives up to it

-When you meet someone: One of Enimatik’s most elegant tracks, originally dropped in April 2025. A romantic instrumental ballad driven by a solo piano and an atmosphere that's equal parts ethereal and romantic.

-Darkness Diva: This track means the world to me. It marked my very first collaboration back in December 2020 with Jane and Renat—friends who are far away physically but so close to my heart. Also featured on the Dark Love EP, it’s an instrumental track that I believe is truly timeless: always intimate, romantic, and hypnotic

-Noctis Voyager: Released in January 2021, this instrumental track marked the first step toward a darker, more mature sound for Enimatik. It’s not a romantic track, at least I’d like to think so, but its slow tempo and enigmatic atmosphere, blending ambient and wave styles with melancholic melodies, make it fully deserve a spot on this EP.

The EP

I’m incredibly proud that the Enimatik project, now six years in the making, has reached a level of maturity where I can release a compilation with such a distinct identity and style. My studio has undergone a massive technical evolution over the years, but the real driving force behind Enimatik has been my absolute creative freedom and my passion for music. That's what gives me the strength to find time where I don’t have it to keep composing tracks—hopefully for many more years to care.

Six years ago, right in the middle of the COVID lockdown in my country, when Enimatik started out as a mix of emotional therapy and a safe haven for me, I could have never imagined that I’d be releasing a compilation as beautiful and emotional as I humbly believe Intimate Electronic Music is today.

I truly hope you enjoy it and that, as always, Enimatik's music brings you a few minutes of pure feeling and emotion.
